Ramallah: The aggression of the occupied Israeli army in Palestine continues, 8 more Palestinians were martyred in the firing of the Israeli army in Jenin.
Israeli troops killed eight Palestinians and wounded more than a dozen during an ongoing massive raid and resulting armed conflict at the Jenin refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank, according to details.
Palestinian officials say an elderly woman was among those killed in the morning raid, while 16 people were wounded by live ammunition, many of them seriously.

According to the officials, so far only two of the martyrs have been identified, one of whom is 24-year-old Saib Issam Jariki and the other 17-year-old Ali was obstructing the work of ambulance and medical personnel.

The head of Jenin’s public hospital, Wissam Bakr, told Al Jazeera that the number of wounded appeared to be an attack on such a large scale that they had been prevented from getting any closer.

Bakr said that Israeli forces also fired tear gas shells at the hospital, which landed in the children’s area, worsening the condition of the children.

The Israeli military also confirmed that an operation was carried out in Jenin on Thursday, in which Israeli forces launched a massive raid and surrounded the camp in the early hours of the morning with covert forces, dozens of armored vehicles and snipers.
