Religious places were placed in the tableaux of most of the states en route to Delhi. From the Depotsu of Ayodhya to the majestic form of Lord Krishna, one can see in these realms. This year, 23 tableaus were presented on the occasion of Republic Day. Out of this, 17 tables were from different states and Union Territories of the country. 6 tables with government ministries and departments were also attached to it. According to the Defense Ministry, this year tableaus from 17 states including West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura and Jammu and Kashmir were displayed. Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Delhi were not featured during this year’s parade.
