Capco appoints Paul Riseborough as UK managing partner

Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, today announced the appointment of Paul Riseborough as Managing Partner of Capco’s UK business, effective 1 July.

Paul was previously a partner in Capco’s UK banking and payments division, working with clients to deliver bespoke, customer-focused solutions to help them achieve their growth and transformation objectives. Based in London, Paul will also join Capco’s global senior leadership team.

A seasoned executive with 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, Paul joined Capco in March 2023 from Nationwide Building Society, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Everyday Banking and a member of Nationwide’s Executive Leadership Team. At Nationwide, he led a cross-functional team focused on delivering banking products, services and experiences to their customers, as well as leading various transformation and efficiency programs.

Previously, Paul was Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Metro Bank. He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS.
