Oh
Argentina have little time to recover from the biggest shock in World Cup history as they take on Mexico in their final match today.
Defeated by Saudi Arabia, Lionel Messi’s quest to finally win the sport’s biggest trophy got off to the worst possible start. Proposed as favorites after winning the 36-man unbeaten run and the Copa America, their form – albeit against an excellent Saudi side – will be of great concern.
Frankly, anything but a win against Mexico would be a disaster.
Meanwhile, Tata Martino’s side held Poland to a draw in their opening game and can do with three points themselves if they are to continue their long-standing tradition of making it to the last 16.
Here’s everything you need to know about the game…

Argentina vs Mexico Team News
Lisandro Martinez is certainly pushing for a start given the problems Argentina’s defense faced against Saudi Arabia. Julian Alvarez is another who could come in, with Lotaro Martinez ineffective on Tuesday.
For Mexico, there are no fresh injury concerns.
Argentina vs Mexico Prediction
While Argentina’s performance was worrying, their recent form would at least suggest that the Saudi game was a bit of an aberration. Certainly, they have enough quality to bounce back.
Argentina to win 2-1.
