WHO sacks regional director for first time

USA: Plane crashed on Florida lake, 4 people died
Four people were killed when two planes collided on a lake in central Florida on Tuesday. Sheriff’s officials reported. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said the crash happened over Hartridge Lake in Winter Haven, where a Piper J-3 Cube Seaplane and a Cherokee Piper 161 fixed-wing airplane collided around 2 p.m. One plane was submerged in about 21 feet (6.4 meters) of water, the other partially submerged, according to several rescue workers, the sheriff said. Rescue workers removed four bodies from the planes. (language)

Noida: Clash between two groups on Holi, 21 arrested
