Health officials in Nepal identified two more bodies of Indian nationals killed in a plane crash in Pokhara on Sunday and assured relatives of the victims that all four bodies would be handed over to them on Monday.
Nepali authorities on Tuesday began handing over the bodies of those killed in the January 14 Yeti Airlines passenger plane crash with 72 people on board.
The plane was carrying 53 Nepalese passengers and 15 foreign nationals, including 5 Indians and four crew members, when it crashed into a river gorge in the resort city of Pokhara.
The five Indians, reportedly from Uttar Pradesh, have been identified as Abhishek Kushwaha, 25, Bishal Sharma, 22, Anil Kumar Rajbhar, 27, Sonu Jaiswal, 35, and Sanjay Jaiswal.
