Dibrugarh University ragging case: Main accused surrenders.

Sharma, who suffered severe injuries, had to undergo surgery. He is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.

Talking to media persons at the hospital, Anand Sharma claimed that Rahul Chhetri was the real culprit behind the ragging incident.

She said: “That day when I came back to the hostel from the library, Rahul started ragging me, hitting me.”

Meanwhile, Chhetri wrote a letter in which he claimed innocence before surrendering.
