A gunman opened fire in the Russian city of Kramsk, killing three people and wounding one. The gunman himself was killed.

A 66-year-old man armed with a rifle opened fire on a street in the city’s shopping district, killing three people, according to Russian officials.

Officials say that both the deceased were among the acquaintances of the gunman, according to preliminary investigation, the incident of firing seems to be a case of personal enmity, further investigation is being done.
