Gwyneth Paltrow Wishes ‘Dearest’ Ex Chris Martin Happy Birthday

Chris Martin may be Gwyneth Paltrow’s ex-husband, but they’re still on great terms.
Gwyneth was keen to wish the ‘dearest dad and friend’ a happy birthday, as he turned 46.
The Oscar-winning star, 50, shares two children Apple and Moses with the Coldplay frontman.
On Thursday (March 2), she posted a selfie of the couple with the caption: ‘Happy birthday dear dad and friend. We love you, Kagem.’
Her 8.2 million Instagram followers were living for the public display, as one commented: ‘I love that you two stay friends! Says a lot about you both!’
‘Definitely the goals of a divorced couple,’ wrote another.
‘Amazing role model for your kids and really everyone! 🙌❤️🙌’, welcomed another.
Gwyneth and Chris married in 2003, before announcing they were ‘consciously unattached’ in March 2014.
The former couple and co-parents, who have remained close since their split, used the phrase in a statement to announce their divorce, which was later finalized in 2016.
Gwyneth later revealed that she and the Yellow hitmaker had been introduced to the phrase by a therapist, but admitted that she initially thought it was ‘a bit full of myself, painfully progressive and snarky. It’s difficult’.
Their full statement was read at the time: ‘It is with heavy hearts that we have decided to part ways.
‘We’ve come to the conclusion that when we love each other so much, we’ll be apart.’
He added: ‘However, we are a family and always will be, and in many ways we are closer than ever.’
After the divorce, Gwyneth, who also runs the lifestyle brand Goop, married TV producer and screenwriter Brad Falchuk.
The couple, who met on the set of the musical drama series Glee in 2010, tied the knot in 2018 in a ceremony at The Hamptons in New York.
In fact, Brad celebrated his birthday just one day before Chris.
Celebrating her man on his special day, Gwyneth posted a sweet photo on Instagram with the caption: ‘He won’t see this because he’s not on social (another reason he’s awesome) but come on y’all Wish him a happy birthday, anyway💙’
