In this case, a case has been registered against NCP MLA Jitendra Ohad and 100 of his workers at Vartaknagar police station. Along with this, a case has been registered under Section 141, 143, 146, 149, 323, 504 of the IPC. No arrest has been made in the case yet. About 50 NCP workers have been issued notices under Section 141. Notice has been given to join the investigation and cooperate in the investigation.
