ISF MLA Naushad Siddiqui was attacked in West Bengal’s capital Kolkata on Saturday. Nowshad Siddiqui had reached the stage of hunger strike of the employees demanding increase in DA here. Meanwhile, a person reached the dais and started arguing with the MLA. Meanwhile, he slapped Naushad Siddiqui. Later, the Kolkata Police arrested the attacker.

Siddiqui was addressing state government employees who were demanding an increase in dearness allowance in Maidan area of Kolkata. Siddiqui was finishing his speech when suddenly a person sitting on the dais stood up and started arguing with him. The man asked the ISF MLA what he had done for the minority community.
