Tenity welcomes Andrea Fritschi as its new Chief Investment Officer

Tenity is pleased to announce that Andrea Fritschi has joined its leadership team as its new Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner, effective May 1, 2024.

Andrea takes on the role of Maximilian Derpa.

Andrea brings over 20 years of extensive experience from working in private equity and venture capital investment management at Swiss Re and BlackRock, as well as the entrepreneurial expertise she gained as a founder and CEO of start-up companies.

Her strong financial sophistication and ability to succeed in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments will be critical as Tenity continues to expand its VC investment program in the Fintech and Insurtech sectors.

Andrea holds an MBA from IMD and furthered her leadership training at INSEAD, ensuring she has a strong academic foundation to complement her practical industry experience. Her vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving Tenity’s strategic growth and innovation.
